Bahan2 nye:
600gm tepung gandum
1 1/2 buku butter
5 biji telur
1 gelas gula kasar (dihanguskan)
2 gelas gula castor
mixed fruit (gaul dgn tepung)
2tsp soda bikarbonate
1tsp cream of tartar

Cara2 plak..
- Pukul butter dengan gula castor sehingga kembang
- Pukul telur sebelum dimasukan dlm adunan butter & gula
- Masukan gula hangus
- Lepas tu soda bicarbonate & cream of tartar
- Masukan tepung sedikit demi sedikit & mixed fruit
- Kukus selama 3 jam..
